JULIA APPLETON
COUNSELLOR

Counselling is a way of thinking carefully about your problems, how they may have developed and how things can change, so that you can live your life in a different way.
Welcome to my website.
Because you’re here, I imagine that things are feeling difficult. Something specific may be on your mind, which has made you think about counselling now. Maybe it’s something more general; you may be overwhelmed with anxious thoughts, depression or a sense that something just isn’t quite right. Perhaps you’re struggling with relationships, or trying to deal with a trauma or loss in your life. Patterns may keep repeating and you don’t know how to change them. Sometimes we all need extra support; there are lots of different reasons why people come in to counselling.
